Will my dent be 100% removed?
In the majority of cases, yes. Various potentially limiting factors including depth, sharpness and also accessibility can make the dent far more difficult to repair. So in these situations where there are complications, we always give a detailed explanation in advance of any repair and tell you how the repair is likely to turn out before commencing.
Will my dent ever come back?
No... definitely not. Once your sheet metal panel has been properly crafted back to factory condition, the dent never comes back. (unless it's re-dented of course)
Can any dent be repaired?
No. As stated above, there can be limiting factors that could prevent an effective repair. Crushed edges or badly stretched and excessively deep or sharp dents will immediately mean your panel will either need filling and re-painting or possibly replacing. The overall size isn't necessarily a limiting factor but, cracked paint might be a clue that a dent is too deep or sharp. Ask anyway... the best advice will be given regardless. Typically, about 95% of minor dents can be repaired.
Can I push some of the dent out to save money?
No... definitely not. Release of pressure in the dented sheet metal is critical. If done incorrectly, the metal locks up pressure in areas that can make a clean repair less likely to be successful and may make it impossible for PDR.
Do you repair alloy wheels?
No. However, we can put you in touch with the right company for your requirements.
Do you repair chips?
No. But, we can put you in touch with the right company for your requirements.
Do you repair scratches?
No - we don't offer a painting service. However, if they are in the clear coat lacquer only and providing the scratch has not gone completely through to the coloured layer, we can "cut back" the scratch or mark using bodyshop techniques. If the scratch isn't too deep then the following can be done without painting. Run your fingernail across the scratch.... if you can feel it at all, it will unfortunately need painting. If you can't feel it, we might be able to help.
